Ferrari gets the front row in the AustrianGP

Matteo Ferrari will start from the front row the race at the Red Bull Ring

After exactly three months (it was May 15), Matteo Ferrari gets the front row in MotoE at the Red Bull Ring, in the penultimate round of this season. The Indonesian E-Racing Gresini MotoE riders, among the first in all sessions, finds his best lap in today's Epole. In tomorrow's race he will be third on the starting grid alongside Aldeguer and Tulovic.
Positive signs also on the other side of the box with Andrea Mantovani who grew up throughout the weekend on a circuit that he never tested before. Mantovani finally got the 15th time in 1'36.865. Tomorrow the goal will be to enter the Top 10, today just a handful of thousandths away.

“Up to now it has been a very positive weekend and also today we have shown that we have a good bike and that we are fast. The goal was to stay ahead of my rivals in the overall standings and I must say the mission is accomplished. Now it will be up to try to score the highest number of points to arrive in Misano to fight for the title with the top riders of the class”.

“I have been able to replicate my best FP3 lap on the single lap. Too bad not being able to be more incisive in a session as complex as the Epole. If I had one more lap available, I would certainly be talking about another position on the grid, but that's the way it is for everyone and we need to improve”.
