The English Silverstone circuit extends over a length of 5900 m with eight left-hand corners, ten right-hand corners and a final straight of 770 metres. The average lap record speed for the class MotoE at the Sachsenring it was 162.2 km/h while the maximum speed reached was 255.9 km/h. On the English circuit, the electric class of MotoGP is with the throttle wide open 46.2% of the time while the engine braking is used 26.9% of the time. As for the brakes, the front is used 21.5% of the time. Regenerative braking of MotoE allow 11% of the energy used at Silverstone to be recovered.
