Mugen Shinden Hachi

Mugen Shinden is a motorcycle designed by Mugen Motorsports, a company founded in 1973 by Hirotoshi Honda, son of Soichiro Honda, the founder of Honda Motor Company. The project was created to take part in the TTZero, the Isle of Man TT class reserved for purely electric motorcycles which took place from 2010 to 2019. The competition was along a single lap (60.72 km) of the Snaefell Mountain Course. The first edition in which Mugen Shinden participated was on 2012 with John McGuinness, the most victorious rider in the history of the Isle of Man TT. The uninterrupted series of victories starts in 2014 and reaches the last edition, that of 2019 in which the record of 121.91 mph (average speed of the complete lap) was set .
