Lukas Tulovic had a crescendo of Saturday. In FP3 in the morning he was already 0.478 seconds faster than on Friday afternoon, but during the EPole, in the afternoon, he managed to improve by another 0.147 seconds, taking second position for the third time in five rounds, just 0,047 seconds by poleman Aldeguer.
Corentin Perolari also did a good EPole at the Red Bull Ring, which is a completely new track for the French rookie in MotoE. Perolari managed to finish in 12th position, which means the fourth row for tomorrow's race at 15:30 (local time).

“For the Championship it can be an important day tomorrow as some of the top riders have been struggling a bit here today. Regarding us, this weekend has been very well so far. This stop and go track is usually not my strongest layout, but I have been very fast. I want to thank my whole team and especially my crew chief, as they prepared my bike just perfectly. I went just a little bit wide here and there on my fast lap, otherwise it could have been pole position, but I’m still very satisfied”.

“I knew before this E-Pole that I have to be very cautious with the track limits here at this circuit in order to not get my lap time cancelled. I have to admit, it was not my fastest lap of this weekend, but I am still very positively surprised by this track, I really like it a lot. Tomorrow I’ll be careful at the beginning of the race, as the first corners are very tight. Yet, I can’t wait for this race at this beautiful circuit!"
