The Pramac MotoE team chooses Kevin Manfredi and Xavi Forés for the MotoE 2022

The Energica Ego Corsa of the Octo Pramac MotoE team

Octo Pramac has made official the riders who will participate in the 2022 season of the MotoE Championship. They will be the Italian Kevin Manfredi and the Spanish Xavi Fores, both rookies in the MotoGP electric class.

The Octo Pramac team MotoE chooses two highly experienced riders in the world motorcycle racing for his fourth season in the MotoE World Cup. Kevin Manfredi, born in Sarzana on January 3rd, 1995, will be making his debut with Energia's electric superbikes, but this will not prevent him from participating in two other championships very different from MotoE: the Endurance World Championship and the Italian Superbike Championship. Xavi Fores, born in Llombai on September 16th, 1985, will go back to being a rookie, at least in MotoE, despite his long career among the protagonists of both the European and World Superbike championships.
Kevin Manfredi and Xavi Fores will be on track for the first official test of the 2022 season of the MotoE World Cup, from March 7th to 9th in Jerez.

Kevin Manfredi (Octo Pramac MotoE rider)
“I am very happy to join the Pramac project in MotoE for 2022, it will be a completely new experience for me in this category and with this bike, but I have always loved challenges! I can’t wait to get on track and start working with all the guys at Pramac and my teammate Forés, whom I respect a lot! I will have a lot to learn this season, but I am sure that with the help of the team it will be a continuous improvement path. I thank Pramac for giving me this important opportunity, I can’t wait to get started!”

Xavi Fores (Octo Pramac MotoE rider)
“A new era in my sporting career begins. After some difficult months, I am happy to announce that I will be joining Octo Pramac in the MotoE championship. I thank Paolo Campinoti and the whole team for their confidence in me”.
