The MotoE World Cup 2020 seems to be under a good star for Dominique Aegerter; after the clear dominance in all practice sessions. the pole position of the Dynavolt Intact GP rider delivered a further increase in his so far brilliant performance.
Fastest on Friday, pole position on Saturday, what does Sunday have in store for the MotoE rookie star at the Gran Premio Red Bull de Andalucía? Matteo Ferrari and Lukas Tulovic will start in the front row together with Aegerter.
Dominique Aegerter
“"I rode a really strong lap which makes me super happy after being unlucky last week. Although last time, I was super nervous to do this E-Pole procedure for the first time and I felt more confident today. Still, you can't take too much risk, to crash or go out of line. I simply did everything I can and finishing in pole position is great. My start wasn’t the best the last time around so I will for sure have an advantage, starting from Pole Position tomorrow. With this six-lap sprint race, it is all the more important to start from Pole, although I cope better in cooler conditions and with more grip anyway. My race pace is pretty good as I was able to ride constantly fast time in a row. The Team did a fantastic job and I am really looking forward to the race on Sunday morning"
