Over 90% of battery-powered two-wheelers that are sold are scooters or mopeds. In particular, the latter represent 20% of all mopeds sold and 10 of the 30 best-selling models are electric.

10 electric scooters to buy with the 2024 / NIU NQi GTS incentives
The NIU NQi GTS is an agile and dynamic scooter, designed for urban mobility equipped with three adjustable driving modes (E-save, Dynamic and Sport). It has integrated a 3.5 kW electric motor into the rear wheel hub for a maximum speed of 80 km/h which places it in the category of electric scooters equivalent to a 125cc. This scooter is equipped with a double removable 60v-35Ah battery which guarantees a maximum autonomy of 110 km. The battery can be removed from the scooter for remote charging.
Thanks to the 2024 Ecoincentives, the NIU NQi GTS can be purchased with scrapping starting from 3.160 euros.
