10 electric scooters to buy with the 2022 incentives - For those wishing to buy electric motorcycles or scooters in Italy in 2022, they can take advantage of the incentives recently approved by Ministerial Decree. The incentive is 30%, up to a maximum of 3.000 euros, for purchase without scrapping, while it is 40%, up to a maximum of 4.000 euros, for the purchase with scrapping of an old vehicle with approval between 0 and Euro 3. In total there are 65 million euros allocated to incentives for motor vehicles in the period 2022 - 2024. The eco-bonus will be calculated on the percentage of the purchase price of a new electric vehicle, belonging to the categories L1e, L2e, L3e , L4e, L5e, L6e, L7e.
Electric scooters today represent the ideal solution for urban mobility, thanks to prices that are in line with the equivalent endothermic motor scooters. They are also exempt from stamp duty for at least five years.
