Ferrari wins Race 1 of the Dutch GP MotoE

In the Dutch GP of MotoE in Assen, Matteo Ferrari takes the victory in Race 1. The Felo Gresini MotoE team rider precedes Jordi Torres and Randy Krummenacher.

Race 1 of the MotoE of the Dutch GP – This weekend, on the Dutch circuit of Assen, the fourth round of the 2023 season of the MotoE takes place, the first with World Championship status and with the new V21L electric Ducati.
The race was won by the former champion of the MotoE, Matteo Ferrari, of the Felo Gresini MotoE team.
The Italian rider preceded Jordi Torres (Openbank Aspar Team) and Randy Krummenacher (Dynavolt Intact GP MotoE).

Matteo Ferrari, who started from second position on the grid, took the lead on the first lap and kept it until the finish line. Behind him Jordi Torres kept second position resisting an attack by Randy Krummenacher on the last lap. Mattia Casadei, author of the pole position and then penalised, started from tenth position on the grid and finished fourth.
In the Top 5 also Andrea Mantovani who fought with Casadei in the last two laps.

In the standings Torres remains in the lead with 124 points ahead of Ferrari (111 points) and Garzo (93 points).
