After the accident that destroyed the paddock of the MotoE World Cup, bikes and team equipment, Dorna announced that the start of the championship in 2019 is confirmed.
All 18 motorbikes of the teams plus the reserve ones must be completely rebuilt; the same applies to the top-up systems provided by EnelX and all the team materials. Everything will not be ready for the first race originally planned, that of Jerez the 5 Maggio which has therefore been canceled. The new calendar will be announced shortly by Dorna.
