The Indonesian E-Racing Gresini Team MotoE is back on track this weekend on the home round of Misano. The MotoE has reached its final round; two races are scheduled for the San Marino GP to define who will be the winner of 2021.
For Matteo Ferrari, 50 points available and 32 to be recovered. Almost an impossible mission even Matteo Ferrari is historically the dominator of electric races on the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli”. Here, out of five races, Ferrari achieved four wins, a third place and a pole position.
His teammate, Andrea Mantovani, will try to get his best result here in MotoE. Two good results on a track he knows perfectly could make him make an important advance in the standings; the top 10 is 18 points away.

Matteo Ferrari
“Misano is our home race and in my opinion it's finally the time to get back to the front again. We need to recover the feeling of the race in Austria where we proved to be fast. We are still mathematically fighting for the title and therefore the first target is to bring home the maximum result in both races and then we will see what happens in the standings. The important thing will be to reconfirm our speed; I can't wait to race at home… After so many difficult moments it would help.”

Andrea Mantovani
“This championship has really flown and we are already in the last two rounds. I am very excited and motivated also thanks to the fact that we will finally have the home fans to support us. I hope to have a weekend that is always improving as I did in Austria, with the difference that I know Misano very well and therefore I will not have to learn the track, but simply try together with the team to find the best setting.”
