Alessandro Zaccone will ride Team Aruba Cloud's Ducati V21L in the 2025 FIM MotoE World Championship season.

The Aruba Cloud Team MotoE announces Alessandro Zaccone as new rider for the 2025 FIM MotoE World Championship season.
The Italian rider, born in Rimini on 16 January 1999, entered the MotoE World Championship in 2020, in a season whose calendar was heavily affected by Covid19. The following year, after having always been at the top of the standings, only a fall in the last round of Misano prevented him from becoming world champion with the Pramac Racing MotoE team in 2021.
After a season in which he participated in the Moto2 World Championship, Zaccone returned to MotoE in 2023 with the Tech3 team, where he has raced for the last two years. 2024 was a great season for Zaccone; the Italian rider finished the championship in fifth place in the standings, with a victory in the Dutch GP, five podiums and three pole positions.
Overall, in MotoE, Zaccone raced 44 races, obtaining two victories, eight podiums and six pole positions.

“I am thrilled to join the Aruba family. The one that just ended was an excellent season for me. For this reason, I am confident that with the help of my new team, I will be able to take another step forward in terms of performance. We cannot hide: the goal is to fight for the title. I want to thank the whole Aruba Cloud team for the opportunity they have given me. I am sure that we will be able to get essential satisfaction, and for this reason, I cannot wait to start.”

Zaccone also wanted to say goodbye to his former team, Hervè Poncharal's Tech3 E-Racing team, of which he was a member for two years.
“In 2025 I will no longer be with Team tech3. I want to thank the whole team from the bottom of my heart for these two fantastic years. You welcomed me in a difficult moment of my career and helped me rediscover my love for this sport. Thank you Hervé for always believing in me and for supporting me like a father, I will be forever grateful! You will always be in my heart. Merci”
