**Record sales for electric scooters in the first nine months of 2022 (+ 63,9% on 2021): the NIU N Series in the Top 5 - In the first nine months of the year, the growth of electric is sustained, which places 12873 on the market vehicles, marking an increase of 59,7% compared to the first half of 2021, thanks also to the incentives of the new 20 million eco-bonus.**

**The Top 5 of electric scooters in the first nine months of 2022: NIU N Series**

Record sales for electric scooters: in the first nine months of 2022 the electric two-wheeler market posted a robust + 59,7% over the same period of the previous year. The incidence of zero-emission vehicles on the total market is 5,3%. Compared to 2021, 4721 mopeds were registered, equal to + 59,7%, 7588 scooters (+ 63,9%) and 564 motorcycles (+ 18,2%).

With the support of purchase incentives, the last of which is the 20 million euro eco-bonus, it is the segments most used when traveling around the city that drive a market in excellent health, which also shows very positive numbers under the heading of electric quadricycles.

**The NIU NQi Sport**

The NIU NQi Sport is an agile and dynamic scooter, designed for urban mobility with three adjustable driving modes (Sport, Dynamic and E-Save). In the rear wheel hub it has integrated a 1.8 kW electric motor for a maximum speed of 45 km / h which places it in the category of electric scooters equivalent to a 50cc. This scooter is equipped with a removable 1.56 kWh or 2.1 kWh battery which guarantees a maximum range of 50 or 70 km. The overall charging time varies from 7 to 9 depending on the type of battery. The batteries can be removed from the scooter for remote charging.

Thanks to the Ecobonus 2022, the NQi Sport can be purchased with scrapping at the price of 1.747 euros for the 50 km version while the 70 km version costs 2.217 euros.
