Record sales for electric scooters in the first nine months of 2022 (+ 63,9% on 2021): LIFAN E5 in the Top 4 - In the first nine months of the year, the growth of electric vehicles remains strong, placing 12873 vehicles on the market , marking an increase of 59,7% compared to the first half of 2021, thanks also to the incentives of the new 20 million eco-bonus.

Record sales for electric scooters: in the first nine months of 2022 the electric two-wheeler market posted a robust + 59,7% over the same period of the previous year. The incidence of zero-emission vehicles on the total market is 5,3%. Compared to 2021, 4721 mopeds were registered, equal to + 59,7%, 7588 scooters (+ 63,9%) and 564 motorcycles (+ 18,2%).
With the support of purchase incentives, the last of which is the 20 million euro eco-bonus, it is the segments most used when traveling around the city that drive a market in excellent health, which also shows very positive numbers under the heading of electric quadricycles.

The LIFAN E4
The LIFAN E4 is a moped with a Bosch engine and a quality chassis designed for urban mobility. The Chinese company also has in its catalog the major versions registered as a motorcycle. The engine is integrated into the rear wheel hub and has a power of 1.9 kW for a maximum speed of 45 km / h which places it in the category of electric scooters equivalent to a 50cc combustion engine. The battery is a removable 1.56 kWh battery which guarantees a maximum range of 80 km. There is also a double battery version that brings the maximum range to 160 km. The batteries can be removed from the scooter for remote recharging or it can be recharged directly on the vehicle via the appropriate socket.
Thanks to the Ecobonus 2022, the LIFAN E4 can be purchased with scrapping at the price of 1.606 euros for the single battery version while the one with double battery costs 2.010 euros.
