Jerez test day 3: Aegerter is the fastest of the day

Today is the last day of testing for the MotoE World Cup 2020 at the Spanish circuit of Jerez de la Fronteira. The Top 3 of the day is led by 'Senior Rookie' Dominique Aegerter (IntactGP), followed by Eric Granado (Esponsorama Racing) and Bradley Smith (WithU Motorsport team). Ferrari improved the time set by Eric Granado on the second day of testing but also three other drivers fell under the time of 1:48 ″: Dominique Aegerter, Bradley Smith and Alex De Angelis. Even today the trend that saw the gap between the first and last driver on the track narrow, a sign that the new drivers are adapting more and more to the category. The most noticeable improvement was made by the Swiss driver Aegerter who, at his first experience with the MotoE, finished the tests in the top 5 of the combined times. The consistently fastest drivers in these tests were Eric Granado and 2019 champion Matteo Ferrari. The Italian driver closes the tests with the absolute best time and the best pace having constantly lapped with the lowest times of the group.
