Seven weeks after the first seasonal race on the Jerez de la Frontera track, a new round awaits the Trentino Gresini MotoE Team on the home track of the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli to face three races in the next two weeks.
A special opportunity for Matteo Ferrari that here last year got two victories out of two races, achieving the decisive advantage in the battle for the world title. This year the number 11 arrives with a lot of motivation and the aim of definitively canceling the accident in Jerez, for which he will have to serve a penalty of three positions on the starting grid in the first race.
Misano will also be an opportunity to see again on track Alessandro Zaccone who recovered from his knee injury due to his crash in the first race of the season.

“We are very excited for this HomeGP and I was also able to train with a Superbike race at Aragon, replacing Mercado. Misano is always an emotion and I couldn't wait because we finished with a crash in Jerez that is never easy to digest if you don't get back on track soon. We are fast and we know it, but we won't have to leave anything to chance: last year we won, but each year is unique and certainly we have to achieve the best from these three races before arriving at Le Mans”.

“I really want to race again, I cannot explain how much it is. Physically I am recovered, I raced in the CEV without problems and I am very ready for Misano where I want to forget the first two rounds in MotoE where I almost did not race at all. For me it will be like starting the season here in Misano and three races on the same circuit, which I know well, will certainly be a good starting point”.
