The 2023 season of the MotoE with the Ducati V21L reached the second and final test before the official start of the championship at Le Mans. On the Barcelona track, Eric Granado was the fastest on the first day.
Today at the Barcelona circuit, the riders of the MotoGP 2023 electric World Championship, are back on track with the new Ducati MotoE, the V21L, after the test a month ago in Jerez. The test started in the best possible way, with five sessions which all took place in sunny weather and on a dry track. The fastest of the day was Eric Granado, who set the best time in 1:48.243, two seconds less than the official record of the MotoE on the Catalan circuit. A few thousandths behind the Brazilian rider, we find Matteo Ferrari, with a time of 1:48.288. Third in the combined times of the day is rookie Nicholas Spinelli, with 1:48.921.
Absent from today's test is Jordi Torres, who will arrive directly from Argentina on Tuesday, where competed in the Moto2 race for the Aspar team.

The test will take place over three days and will end on Wednesday, 5 April. A qualifying session simulation is scheduled for Tuesday, while a race simulation will take place on Wednesday.
