For the pilot of the One Energy Racing team, Bradley Smith, the wet track of the FP1 and the dry one of the other two sessions, made it possible to compare the feeling of the bike in different conditions. The handling of the bike has positively surprised the British driver.

Same positive impressions for Alex De Angelis who appreciated the stability of the bike without having negative impressions due to weight. Team Alma Pramac Racing from San Marino says he will work to improve the feeling with the engine brake and rear brake. Ease of driving and accelerating power are the elements that surprised his teammate Josh Hook.

Nico Teròl, pilot of Angel Nieto Team, did not find the setup he needed on this first day of testing, but relied on Saturday's sessions. His teammate, Maria Herrera, says he will focus on braking and slowing down, to improve confidence with such weight.
