Bradley Smith, current rider of the WithU Motorsport team in the MotoE World Cup and test rider of the Aprilia Racing Team Gresini, will compete with Aleix Espargaro in the MotoGP races of the Red Bull Grand Prix de España and the Red Bull Grand Prix de Andalucia.
Smith and Espargaro are currently at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli for three days of private testing, as the duo look to pick up where they left off in Qatar with the brand-new, hugely promising RS-GP. Aleix Espargaro has signed a two-year contract with Aprilia, while the name of his teammate for 2021 and for 2022 is still unknown, waiting for the verdict on Andrea Iannone, currently suspended from competition.

The world championship rules prohibit competing in two different classes in the same championship round; for this reason Bradley Smith will not be able to take part in the first two races of the MotoE World Cup. We are waiting to know who will replace the English rider in the WithU Motorsport team at Jerez.
