The Aspar Team is preparing for the 2025 season of the MotoE with a new sponsor, Power Electronics, and a proven rider line-up, Jordi Torres and Kevin Zannoni.

In 2025, the Aspar team will once again rely on Jordi Torres and Kevin Zannoni to conquer the MotoE World Championship. In the seventh season for the electric class of MotoGP, Jorge “Aspar” Martinez’s Spanish team will have Power Electronics as its title sponsor.
Power Electronics is the leading manufacturer of inverters for photovoltaic systems in Europe, Oceania and the Americas and the world's leading manufacturer of inverters for energy storage. Its products are present in almost 2.000 installations in 36 countries around the world. The company, which has been active for 37 years, has completed more than 3.000 solar and energy storage projects. The Spanish multinational closed 2024 with an installed capacity of 120 GW of alternating current, which avoided the emission of more than 119,42 million tons of CO2 into the environment.
In addition to its role as title sponsor of the Aspar team in MotoE, the multinational will become the main sponsor of the Moto2 team during the Grand Prix of the Americas and the Australian Grand Prix.
The relationship between the Aspar team and Power Electronics is long-standing. Over a decade ago, the Spanish team's CRTs already had the Valencian company's name on their liveries.

Riders Kevin Zannoni and Jordi Torres will have the task of fighting to bring the name of the Aspar team and Power Electronics to the top step of the podium. The MotoE World Championship, which again this year features nine teams and eighteen riders, has become a point of reference in promoting sustainable mobility and innovation in motorsport. This season includes seven events, each with two races, in seven different European countries: it will start in May in France, continue in the summer in the Netherlands, Austria, Hungary, Spain (Barcelona) and San Marino and will end in November in Portugal. The first tests will take place in Barcelona from 11 to 13 April.

Jordi Torres, the champion of the MotoE 2020 and 2021, and 2023 vice-champion, has extended his relationship with “Aspar” Martinez's team for another season, for a new chance to win his third MotoGP electric category title. In MotoE, in addition to the two titles, Torres won four races and achieved 16 podiums, as well as six pole positions. Last year, Torres finished the championship in sixth place in the standings.
For Zannoni, 2025 will be the fifth year in MotoE, the second with the Aspar team, after the debut with the LCR E-Team and the two years with the Sic58 Sqaudra Corse. In four seasons in MotoE, Zannoni took two wins, seven podiums and one pole position. Zannoni finished the 2024 season fourth in the overall standings after leading the championship at mid-season.
