The MotoE World Championship 2023 starts this weekend with the French GP at Le Mans: in FP2 Matteo Ferrari is two and a half seconds faster than the track record with the new Ducati V21L.
MotoE FP2 at Le Mans – This weekend, on the iconic French circuit of Le Mans, the first round of the 2023 season of the MotoE, the first with World Championship status and with the new V21L electric Ducati.
At the end of FP2, the second free practice session of the MotoE 2023 French GP, Matteo Ferrari (Felo Gresini MotoE) was fastest through the corners at Le Mans, ahead of Mattia Casadei (Pons Racing 40) and Jordi Torres (Openbank Aspar Team). Ferrari set the best time in 1:40.953, two and a half seconds below the track record.
Best rookie Nicholas Spinelli (Pons Racing 40) with the fourth time.
Due to a crash a few days ago in WorldSBK in Barcelona, in Race 1, the Brazilian rider Eric Granado (LCR E-Team) will not participate in the races of the MotoE of the French GP.
