LCR E-Team rider Eric Granado set the fastest lap time in the Barcelona test. His teammate, Miquel Pons, finished seventh 0,8sec behind Granado.
Last week, on the Barcelona circuit, the riders of the MotoGP 2023 electric world championship were back on track with the new Ducati MotoE, the V21L, after the test a month ago in Jerez. The LCR E-Team, with Eric Granado and Miquel Pons, carried out the last test before the official start of the 2023 MotoE season. The team had the opportunity to know the Ducati V21L better and try out different bike set-ups to be ready for the first race of the season on the Le Mans circuit. The three days of testing were used to understand the path to follow and the areas to improve.
The three-day test of the FIM Enel MotoE World Championship at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya ended with Eric Granado once again at the top of the timesheets. The Brazilian's best lap was 1:47.221, while Nicholas Spinelli (Pons Racing 40) won the race simulation on the third day.

Eric Granado
“I’m pleased with the job done at the test in Barcelona. I felt good on the bike from the first day, we’ve been trying different setups to have as much information as possible, and we’ve found our base to start the season."
Miquel Pons
“We had some issues the first day, but we managed to fix them and made some steps forward. We finally found the feeling, and although the final position isn’t what we wanted, we now know where to improve to reach our goals."
